Dr. L. Robert Griffin received B.S. in Business and Finance. He then held management level positions in banking and industry for ten years. He returned to school and received a Ph.D. in psychology. His expertise includes organizational development and industrial psychology. He has provided training and consulting services to various corporations and to non-profit organizations. Some of the specific areas of focus include health care, architecture, and community mortgage banking. Dr. Griffin coaches executives and professionals. He has designed and delivered programs in such areas as team building, communications, planning, management effectiveness, and marketing presentations.

Dr. Griffin is a Diplomate of both the American Board of Administrative Psychology and American Board of Forensic Examiners. He is listed in the National Register of Health Service Providers in Psychology.
